Homes by Avi Replies, Finally

Fifteen business days after our last discussion, I got this gem of a letter from Mr. Mosher:

Further to our meeting at your home, this is to advise that we are currently meeting with our sub-contractors to discuss the work that is required to remediate your home. Once this has been completed, we will advise you of our proposal for the work required at your home and a schedule to complete this work. We expect to provide this proposal on or before July 07, 2006.

The letter was dated June 26, 2006; postage meter stamped it June 27, 2006; I received it June 30, 2006.

I am all goose-pimply waiting for the response...

Hi Craig,
Why am I not shocked that you are experiencing the same drama that I am. I actually had to shut off Terry Bradshaw's media clip due to being short of vomitting. One thing I cannot understand is that the home building industry need to be stopped and the City of Calgary needs to be more accountable for their ABC Inspections.
Keep up the great work on the website. It would be a pleasure hearing from you. Assured Developments and Avi must have read the same book.

Sincerely,
Kevin Hnatiuk

Kevin, thanks for your comments. The part that scares me is looking around its not just Homes by Avi and Assured Developments who got the same book to read. The problem is all over Calgary and Edmonton, I guess its going to take a couple of billion $$ worth of lawsuits like what happened in BC before we see any real changes to the industry. If anyone wants to drop me a line I can be reached at craig[at]eyerise.ca
